Initial Visit

Interested customers will visited by an ISA Certified Arborist. The Certified Arborist will ask the customer several questions in order to determine:

1. Customer expectations
2. Location of the tree
3. Best species for the customer’s expectations and location

Sourcing the Right Tree

Trees are sourced from reputable tree nurseries in Texas. The nurseries produce healthy, sustainable trees that have been grown in the best quality conditions available. This ensures the tree is planted in the best possible condition from the start.

When choosing a source tree, our arborists look for:

1. Good structure
2. Healthy growth patterns
3. Excellent potting conditions and drainage

Scheduling

A follow up care schedule will be determined with the customer to best ensure the growth of the tree. A fertilization/soil building program is recommended for the entire yard, as this will help the tree’s root system to benefit from the flourishing of necessary microbes that might have been damaged from construction, chemicals (herbicides and pesticides) and traffic.
